BODY ELECTRICAL CONTROL MODULE (BeCM) - BeCM Unlocking
& programming for RANGE ROVER P38 1994 TO 2002 Model Year.
The BeCM, Body electrical control module, fitted to all P38
models, is responsible for monitoring, controlling & supplying
power to many of the Range Rover's electrical systems. It's
common for causing many issues with the following,
Intermittent or complete failure of,
Lighting system's,
Door locks, mirrors & security.
wipers,
suspension,
Various fault code displays,
Lockouts,
Etc..
The BeCM's are programmed at the factory to a specific vehicle,
then the information is locked in. Even the main dealer's
can not reverse this process.
This limitation effectively prevents re usage of salvage
or otherwise used BeCM's as well as trial substitution. It
also forces replacement of the BeCM in many circumstances
even though there is nothing wrong with it.
Callrova has the latest technology that allows us to unlock
previously locked BeCM's. Not only can we unlock them, we
can disable the alarm & immobiliser feature that causes
many of the non start situations. We also have the ability
to program them to be used on another vehicle. Callrova can
program BeCM's on or off the vehicle.
When unlocked, the BeCM can be used as a replacement in another
vehicle, thus reducing repair or replacement costs considerably.
Please note.... BeCM's can be programmed on the vehicle but
can only be unlocked off the vehicle. Unlocking can not be
achieved through normal diagnostic methods.
Just send your BeCM to us, we'll unlock it, disarm it
& return it back to you.
